Because the flock cameras are being used to catch Illegal Aliens, so now we are getting this meme seeded on the Right that we're all supposed to smash the flock cameras.

Because red light cameras are not the super hi-def like flock cameras.

And flock camers record everyone walking on the road and siewalk.

Red light cameras are mounted high with a narrow field ov view.

Flock cameras have around a 100ft field of view ( don't believe that 15ft lie that AI will tell you).

They are Big Brother.
Nothing less.

Disagree. There's many good reasons to have flock cameras. Like it or not, there's no expectation of privacy if you're in the public.

@Theocritus These go beyond privacy. One day you will get tickets just by going over the limit in between since they will be used to compute distance and arrival time. Once the surveillance system is up, everyone will be monitored and managed. And you will never be able to compete with this level of automation. You will always make "honest" mistakes as a human. Careful what you wish for.
