A confrontation between two cyclists along Chicago’s lakefront Sunday morning escalated into an assault after an accidental collision on the bike path. According to the person who recorded the video, the incident happened around 11:34 a.m. when a younger cyclist accidentally bumped into an older Asian man while both were riding. The younger cyclist reportedly apologized, but the older man reportedly knocked both the cyclist and his girlfriend to the ground multiple times. Witnesses intervened, convincing the older man to leave the scene. The person who recorded the video said the man identified himself as a Marine and hopes someone recognizes him so he can be held accountable.
