In Temuco, Chile, police officers linked to far-right politician José Antonio Kast were engulfed in flames during a protest held in memory of Pablo Marchant, a young Mapuche militant who was shot dead by Carabineros in 2021.A rain of Molotov cocktails struck the armored police vehicles, and the streets were filled with barricades.
