Journalist Roxana Berenice Guzmán Ramírez was found dead in a rural area in Veracruz almost a month after she was kidnapped.

She famously recorded her own abduction on video while being taken.

6 people, including 4 police officers, have been arrested in connection with the case.

@Quint_Beastwood . Ronald Reagan: Famously celebrated immigration as a defining American trait. In his final Farewell Address, he noted that anyone from any part of the world can come to the United States and become American. He also signed the bipartisan Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, which granted legal status to nearly 3 million people.
George W. Bush: Continually advocated for comprehensive immigration reform, frequently referring to immigration as “a blessing and a strength.” He championed policies that included a guest worker program and paths to earned citizenship.
Even trump has publicly stated his desire to see immigrants enter the country legally in the "largest numbers ever."
