NEW: Man arrested after filming himself doing drive-by shootings with a 'high-powered, motorized' water gun.

34-year-old Christopher Cayce was arrested by the Houston Police Department and charged with two counts of assault with bodily injury.

He is accused of targeting disabled and homeless people.

When I was a kid in Houston, the punk older high schoolers did drivebys with BB guns. HPD detectives would kick perps like that and child molesters in the nuts like in Serpico.

@dingus369 We used to do something like this in the 1970's. We would steal the water fire extinguishers from school. Refill them with clean water {very courteous miscreants} and recharge them. Hop in the family station wagon and drive around squirting the unsuspecting. It was all fun until some kid's dad pulled up next to us and pointed a .45 in my face. The cops came, called us teenage assholes and sent us home with the usual 1970's police warning: "don't do this again or you'll be in big trouble." This video idiot is 34 yrs old and should know better, but then all things considered?
