Need some compromise here. Free K-8 education and then 9-12 based on merit and desire to learn. Got to get taxes down for not warehousing these detrimental people.

As a teacher you give your all to help those kids develop the entire school year. Only to see it ripped away in one instance.

Must be very disheartening. Fortunately for us, we will never be teachers in black cities as we all know they have 0 chance anyways
