@uberschadenfreude i live a clean law abiding life, always have. The fact there are cameras for my saftey everywhere but not a single one was helpful when my truck was stolen is upsetting. Maybe they should of put a gps tracking device on my truck without my knowledge, for my saftey.

Many drivers with above room temp IQ have a dash cam because insurance companies will ream you on claims.

Whenever I shop at my local grocery I’m on full surveillance from the door to checkout. And if I so much as scan too fast it triggers employee review despite all items scanned and nothing fishy.

This is a byproduct of the shitty people in our country. The actions of the few impact the many.

I don’t like constant surveillance any less than the next guy. But I’m not gonna pretend damaging cameras will solve the issue.

We should do our own recording of our daily commutes and lives if we need to protect ourselves.
