Michigan parents charged with second-degree murder after their 7-year-old son died, weighing 255 pounds. Casper O’Brien was just 4'2'' but weighed 255 pounds when he passed away, over 4x the weight of a healthy 7-year-old at that height. Damien and Jessica O’Brien were charged with murder, child abuse, and torture. They were also reportedly hoarders. Casper never went to school and only went to the doctor once. He died from heart failure. Prosecutor David Leyton says the O’Briens also have a 5-year-old daughter. "None of these kids even existed in the eyes of the government. CPS had never been out there; nobody knew about these kids, they had not been to school," he said. Horrible.
