Terrifying video shows sicko throw female driver into Chicago highway — just inches from passing cars

Drivers on I-55 South in Chicago were shocked when a car came to a screeching halt, and the passenger got out, walked around the vehicle, and tossed a woman from the driver's seat onto the pavement.

The man then drove off, leaving the woman face down on the busy freeway with her shoes scattered around her.

Good Samaritans stopped their cars and blocked traffic as they helped the woman lying on the asphalt.

The man's identity and the health of the woman are unclear as authorities continue to investigate.
