@ScreaminMime Not in US. All US police department has a policy that the officer cannot intentionally fire a taser at suspect's face. There were a recent 2025 case in California were the jury awarded the suspect more than $2.2 million when the cop fired a taser in his face.

@ScreaminMime U.S. police doctrine is to fire tazers center mass, avoiding face and sensitive areas, like the balls, though some may enjoy that.
