Are you serious? Cheap parachute? Cutaway? LMFAO! That's NOT a parachute. It is some kind of handheld mini ram-air wing. You can clearly see the base jumper running with the wing already fully inflated in his hands. Then later releases the wing and pulls the main chute. Come on, get your story straight. LOL.
