If you notice, we do not allow any of the following type of videos;

Nudity not in a NEWS type of reporting,
Anything to do with fetishes of any kind,
Abuse of animals or people unless it is to call attention to current world events.

As far as the comments being restricted, yes they are.
We do not allow;
Flaming,
Trolling,
Harassing,
Name calling such as Pedo, rapist, etc. unless such person has either been convicted or has admitted to such,
Name calling that is overtly vulgar,
Mis-truths about any public figure, (like how CNN lies and does half-truths),
References to CP or any sexual fetish,
Use of any words that Staff decides they should be prohibited.

I'd upload more but it's a pain web crawling to find video snippets that seem appropriate for this site, but haven't been uploaded yet.

It's easy to upload if you find videos that you think are appropriate. Just get a video download extension for Firefox, download your video selection, preview it to ensure the sound works and it's not corrupted during download, then click 'upload video' on The World Watch website and follow the directions there. It takes a while before it's uploaded because it has to been screened.

Your uploads attempts were not rejected by the TWW Staff.
Usually the platform's system detects something either harmful (known malware, etc.) or a corrupted file, as Joby above cites. File corruption occurs during the download because of the codex compression.
