These "service animals" are just pets that people get a license to bring with them in inappropriate places like grocery stores and fitness centers. A seeing eye dog is a service animal. This thing where a pet is your "service animal" by way of emotional stability is just chicks involved in politics and this is what you get with chick brained politics.

Notice how long it took the cops to show up, then when they did it took 3 of them to deal with this nutbar? All it would have taken was one torontonian to push her to one side of the street while saying " A O, im walking over here," and traffic would have flowed and this would have been a different video.
