Best dental insurance available and some literally have 2 teeth left but don't care. Very reasonable payroll deduction employee vehicle lease program with 0 deductible insurance included (it's being discontinued end of contract for obvious reasons, every 3rd worker has had theirs stolen but gets a loaner immediately). The parking lot is filled with the most expensive $100K+ SUV offered under the program. My guess is the average rent or mortgage payment is about $800 where they live.

Some literally aren't eligible for the vehicle lease program because of DUI's and other issues so continue taking Uber to work to make $40/hour. It's a fashion show, wig competion, social event, food festival and how many pair of gym shoes can you possibly own event. There are a few that are hard workers ...my guess is they are in arrears in child support though.

Again, I've seen fights like this in my workplace with them. There are now both drug and gun sniffing dogs throughout the plant. I'm told one of them 8 months ago "The fatigue is real".
