@tommix1 There's a bunch of issues with this setup. The chicken wings sitting in that room temperature tub, none of those sauces are refrigerated or in a cold table, the entire truck looks like it has been cleaned since the Regan administration, I'll bet there's no permit.

This looks like a good way to get food poisoning. Typhoid, botulism, listeria, e.coli, salmonella.

Dirty ass wings doesn't mean they taste bad. LOL. I’ve tried a lots of food from street vendors during my visit to southeast Asia. Most street vendors are questionable when it comes to sanitation, but most of them were damn good. LOL.
