Martin County marine patrol officers noticed a large spring break party and witnessed a woman pouring an alcoholic drink for an underage girl.

Officers arrested Maggie but she resisted. Another woman, Jessica, then grabbed Maggie’s purse from an officer, leading to her arrest as well.

Maggie was booked for giving an alcoholic beverage to a minor and resisting arrest without violence. Jessica was also charged with resisting arrest without violence.

Possession of alcohol by an under aged? Not a great way to get busted. LOL. If you're on a boat, best to have several non-alcoholic drinks available to grab when the marine patrol comes on board to perform a safety inspections. When they ask what you're drinking, you can show them your non-alcoholic drink. Early life experiences without ever getting busted. LOL...
