Hilde Lynn Helphenstein, 40, who is from California, is known as Jerry Gogosian online, was found dead by her surgeon in her 5-star hotel room.

Hilde’s plastic surgeon found her at the Rosewood São Paulo with an empty vodka bottle, broken glass, and unidentified pills after she failed to answer her phone.

The plastic surgeon said he had taken Hilde to the hospital for a possible overdose previously during her 3-week stay recovering from surgery.

However, the police have labeled Hilde’s death as “suspicious.”

In her final post, a few hours before her death, Hilde said she was having a great weekend in Brazil.

"Art" influencer? Don't care. Ten thousand children die every single day from malnutrition and starvation. When they start to matter, then useless influencers will start to matter.
