That isn't the first time that child has had to take control.

That little girl should be placed with a living family.
Her mother should not be allowed any where near that child- for life!

And everyone else watches and/or records instead of helping are assholes.

@Cripple If the father isn’t available, or no direct family, then I agree. The mother not being able to be around their child for life is ridiculous. If the person recording didn’t contact authorities and just sat there recording, then I agree. Not much you can do in that situation, unfortunately.
