Hit and run driver takes off on 3 wheels after ramming into a car with a baby in it iin California

The apparent drunk driver can be seen crashing again before exiting his car, along with 2 dogs that jumped out, and trying to run away before jumping over a small fence, falling upon his landing.

The suspect then tries to enter a home before police arrive, detain him, and his dogs chase the cop car as they take him away.

1) Bring back Debtor Prisons.
2) Eliminate laws against selling body organs.
3) Begin fining these people for the destruction they cause and resources required to bring them to justice :angel:
