A 21-year-old man remains in hospital in a serious condition after reports of a disorder on Foundry Lane, Smethwick last night (26 May).
A 19-year-old man and two 18-year-olds have been arrested on suspicion of wounding and remain in police custody.
Officers attended the scene just before 9.30pm where there was a large gathering.
They are carrying out CCTV enquiries and speaking to witnesses and are appealing to anyone with information to get in touch.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: "We’re aware of footage being posted on social media and would ask people to not share this as we work through our investigation."
