The incident was reported at 10:19 p.m. Sunday, with an officer working contract overtime at the Walmart Supercenter at 8000 Lakeland Ave. N. being made aware of a fight on the property.

The officer found two males, one of them with a knife and the other having suffered a stab wound to the abdomen.

The knife-wielding man was arrested and the other taken to a hospital.

Police say the two men knew each other.
