A woman in Texas was arrested after she made a Facebook post sounding the alarm about the water quality in her town.

The water in Trinidad, Texas, sometimes runs brown, but when Jennifer Combs posted about it, the cops came and took her to jail.

I need a job. Willing to relocate there.
You have to teach me how to replace all the water lines, but I'm white and won't rob anyone.

Streisand effect on full display. Council members are sad they’ll now have to actually do something other than pocketing money

the 3rd world-ification of America. Looks to me like arresting this woman over her facebook post is local government violating her rights.

@Theocritus It's a test run of sorts to try to normalize the violating constitutional rights.

The mayor said on camera that he's seen facebook posts claiming that people have gotten sick but he "personally" hasn't heard anything.
Ok, he didn't HEAR it, but he "personally" READ it on facebook.
The word was out about the water quality, with complaints, and claims of sickness. They only thing she did was possibly lie about hospitalizations.
If she gets a felony conviction over this, it's time for a new mayor sheriff, and judge.

I was visiting hugo, colorado the weekend that the local hospital was teaching interns how testing the water works- and found that the water had high concentrations of THC in it.

Thc is FAT soluble. So i dunno how that could happen. Conspiracy theories anyone?

@GulliblestartswithN

It's true thc shows in water otherwise it woulldn't show when they test a urine sample. Simple as that.

@GulliblestartswithN Must be more specific. Was it THC-A? or natural plant based THC? I could feature a THC-A contamination/spill. Cross contamination in the testing may also be.

One more reason to move to Colorado....

The dumb bastards could run polybutylene pipe for cheap and it can be done quickly. Instead they violated their citizen.

The Trinidad cops and prosecutor are butt plugging liberal fags, Too bad it's 100% true or they would extradite me. If the sight of that shit water didn't cause panic and alarm all over town they are terminally liberal.
