Clearly, the homeowner getting the work done had a permit, and the crane was loading the material or helping set the trusses.

She personally paid the bill for this, with expectations that the HOA will reimburse her, which they did not.

We need to go back to the days where people mind their damn business.
Stay at home and stare out the window if you feel the need to be nosey.
