I'm not a huge fan of his but he has a right to say what he wants and a right to protect himself. He should have come to the Free State of Florida and he wouldn't be in jail now.
Bond for Chud the Builder set at $1.25M
Dalton Eatherly, 28, is accused of shooting another person in the middle of the day on Wednesday outside the Montgomery County Courthouse during an altercation.
An affidavit filed with the arrest warrant says that Eatherly and the other man “engaged in a verbal altercation” at about 1:19 p.m. “During this verbal altercation, Mr. Eatherly turned his body in a bladed stance ... and reached for his firearm located in his right jacket pocket. Thereafter, a physical altercation ensued.”
Eatherly fired, striking the other man multiple times. The man was taken by helicopter to a hospital in Nashville, where he underwent emergency surgery, according to the affidavit. Police have said the man was in stable condition after surgery. The hospital has declined to give out information about his condition, citing medical privacy laws.
They just had to give him a couple of chimps to escort him back. The courts are filled with race traders these days.
The lawyer should examine case precedent for similar charge/bail excessiveness, Likely he's getting the high profile treatment which is incorrect application of the law. I'd be willing to bet the last defendant in a similar matter walked on 100K bail.
Even the courts detais of the events are inconsistent with what happened in the video. Theres no bladed stance seen. Just one man running at and tackling a man with hair, and them both on the ground. Nice lies but there IS a video of what happened.
If the courts recollection was accurate it would not only mention who approached who, and who was the aggressor.
Just watch. Man has enough for a GREAT attorney already
1.25 Million for shooting a buck twenty five worth of sub human seems a bit excessive, but Tennessee is a woke ass state. Likely it's just a tactic to make him plead to lesser offenses.
Depends on the details. If Chud is legally carrying a concealed weapon, and was was physically assaulted before he drew is pistol it is generally accepted that he would be reasonably in fear for his life as he knows a gun is involved in the fight. In a hands on confrontation both parties are considered to have access to the weapon.
