Shutup bitch, Postal workers are WAY overpaid. I know a lady who who has been retired from the Post Office for 8 years and she said she was making $65 an hour when she left. That's in addition to a pension, health care, 11 federal holidays paid time off, 26 days paid vacation, 13 days paid sick leave. They have these bloated wages and time off because they get paid via the government skinning us.

@Theocritus And that's just the post office. As of January 2026, there are approximately 2.69 million non-military federal employees in the United States.
The federal government is the largest employer in the United States.
Think how many people working for the federal government are sucking out money too.

@JobyFluorine the richest county in America is Loudoun County, VA. 3 of the top 5 richest counties in the USA are in and around Washington DC. They are the richest because they work for the federal government, that takes its money from us by force.
