Not nearly as scary as a nighttime catapult launch from the deck of an aircraft carrier.
And, yes I’ve been there and done that.

@Gutshot that followed by an unrestricted climb would be interesting.

Landing semi-sideways like that in strong cross winds is pretty normal. The strong gust of wind was the head wind that pitched the nose up. When it did is when the pilot decided to abort the landing.

@YOLO_ Landing while semi-sideways, as shown in the video, is NOT normal. The airplane need to de-crab (aligned with the runway) just before touchdown. And strong headwind? How the airplane is flying in this video, it is clearly a strong crosswind from the right. And headwind on its own doesn’t cause the nose to pitch up. Headwind can actually be helpful during landing. Airplane in this video looks like Airbus A350. Max thrust by itself will pitch the nose up even without elevator input. Difficult to confirm but it looks like the airplane is over 15 degree crab angle on approach. Lowering the upwind wing (right side) will tilt lift so it doesn’t drift sideways (right) while crabbing into the upwind. At 0:12, you can see the airplane bank left which causes the airplane to drift left and pilot tries to correct. By then, the pilot didn't have time to de-crab just before touchdown or drifting off center and decided to go around.

@FacelessMen they have to land sideways like when ever there is a heavy cross wind.

@YOLO_

Or a heavy cross dresser on the runway.

They have articulating landing gear but the wheels stayed straight on this one.
