I don't think so. There hasn't been a fair U.S. election since 1812, maybe earlier, when gerrymandering became a popular way of diluting votes and steering elections. There is nothing that we the people can do to fight this, not that I can see, without winding up in prison.

Writing a strongly worded letter to your representatives is useless. We all know that they represent big corporations that have money to lobby and provide campaign funding.
