An attempted robbery at a jewelry store mobilized Military Police teams on Thursday morning (7), in Redenção. The incident took place at an establishment located on Avenida Brasil.

According to reports, two armed men entered the store and announced a robbery. Security cameras recorded the entire incident. In the footage, one of the suspects is seen holding the employees at gunpoint while pointing a firearm at the saleswomen.

During the crime, a person who was behind the counter reacted and surprised the robbers. Faced with the situation, the criminals abandoned the attempt and fled the scene without taking anything.

Looks like the one robber putting his gun in his pants accidentally pulled the trigger, which the other took as an employee shooting.

Panicked, and ran out.

The 3rd employee who cowardly scurried out of view definitely was not the type to do any shooting.

I think they just scared themselves. They definitely were not pros. Not with how long they were taking, and they had to tell the employees to get a bag to put the loot in.
They had no intelligent plans at all.
