On 4 May 2026, young man Isma was attacked with a sickle in Vikroli's Kannamwar Nagar.

Despite the blade stuck in his head, he walked all the way to Sion Hospital (Lokmanya Tilak Municipal General Hospital), remained fully conscious, and was seen calmly using his mobile phone while standing outside the Trauma ICU waiting for treatment.
