Pinellas County deputies stopped Chloe Singletary after she was clocked blasting 91 mph in a 35 mph zone on Pasadena Avenue South in St. Pete Beach.

The officer noted she nearly took out a pedestrian while speeding.

She was headed back home after a night at her friends. The deputy initially only walked her through the eye test, but after finding empty wine bottles in her car, he had her perform the full field sobriety tests.

She passed the tests but was arrested for excessive speeding.

@tommix1 here we have a law that covers anything from a peel-out to excessive speeding, all under the umbrella of stunt driving. You can lose your car and license if charged.
