The victim, identified as Arnaldo Ramón Grance Coronel (44), died after a violent argument with the driver, which ended in a physical fight and his subsequent fall onto the cobblestones. The incident occurred in the Santísima Trinidad neighborhood of Asunción.

@YOLO_ His head was near fully turned when he got hit. More than likely it was enough to break his neck and become paralyzed.
