This young protestant lady, who is currently in the process of becoming a Catholic, stumbled upon a Bible verse which confirms the Sacrament of Confirmation is truly Biblical. She was completely shocked by her discovery.

So? That doesn't mean much of anything. A priest from another type of Christianity can still be doing both the baptism and confirmation.
