A shocking incident has come to light from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, where a burqa-clad woman was groped and molested by a man in an alleyway. CCTV footage showing the attacker in a kurta-pyjama and skull cap has gone viral. Moradabad Police have directed the Mughalpura Station House Officer to take necessary action.
