It's funny how they throw these terms like "non-human" or "non-biological entity" around. That probably means it's a monkey or a dog. I'm sure our gov't is making lots of things we can't understand. There have been a lot of things in history that people don't understand when they first come out.

@tommix1 Because without it they cannot shift dimensions. Those craft's are probably huge inside, like a Tardis. A small sun powers each one. They require massive amounts of energy to operate and shift.
