You spend some time watching people waste away, lying in hospital beds for weeks and months. Unable to clean their own butts, then YOU decide is DAS is not an option for some of them. I don't know if I would do it, but I think it should be an option.

They used to execute suicidal people back in the day. Religiously it makes sense. Suicide is a mortal sin but if someone else does it you can still go to heaven.

@lordzedd I don't think it's about bravery as much as it's about the human body is programmed to stay alive and so trying to complete a suicide is going against everything in your biology.
