The PSNI has released bodycam footage of the moment a car bomb detonated outside Dunmurry police station on Saturday night.
Chief Constable Jon Boutcher described the attack as "deliberate, reckless and stupid".
A male delivery driver was hijacked in the Twinbrook area of west Belfast, a device placed inside the vehicle, and he was ordered to drive to Dunmurry police station.
The car exploded outside the station as people were being evacuated, in an incident which is being treated by police as attempted murder.
It is the second such attack in less than a month, after Lurgan police station was targeted.
The First and deputy First Ministers stood alongside the chief constable in united condemnation of the attack, suspected to be carried out by the New IRA.
There was also round condemnation of the incident in the House of Commons following an urgent question to the Secretary of State by Alliance MP Sorcha Eastwood on Monday afternoon.
Hilary Benn blamed a “small number of people who represent no one but themselves”.
