If you are defending a client accused of pulling the trigger in the highest-profile assassination of the decade, the absolute bare minimum requirement is that you get to examine the gun. Right?

Tonight on her podcast, Candace Owens just exposed a massive, glaring hole in the prosecution of Tyler Robinson. This is supposed to be a Utah STATE case. But the FBI hijacked the investigation on September 10th, and now they are completely stonewalling the defense.
The Bombshell: Tyler's defense attorney, Kathy Nestor, just went on the record stating that after six hours of examining the physical evidence the State provided, they still have not been allowed to see the alleged murder weapon.
Instead of turning the physical evidence over for a fair state trial, the FBI is keeping the gun locked up 2,000 miles away at Quantico in Virginia. They are essentially handing the defense a photograph and saying, "Trust us, bro."
