Woman rips Dunkin' Donuts after they opened a new location in South Los Angeles that doesn't let people inside.

Customers can either order through the drive-thru or use a touch-screen ordering machine.

The new location is at the border of the 77th Street and Southeast LAPD divisions, which account for about 17% of all violent crime in Los Angeles, according to the California Post.
