An armed robbery suspect behind the counter of a 7-11 pulled out a handgunb and gets fatally shot by LAPD officers

Officers with the Los Angeles Police Department opened fire on a suspect while responding to a robbery call late Saturday night.

According to the LAPD Public Information Officer, units were called out to a convenience store at the corner of Redondo Beach Boulevard and Figueroa Street, located on the border of the West Rancho Dominguez and Harbor Gateway neighborhoods, for a reported robbery at 11:10 p.m.

The store in question, a 7-Eleven, has its address listed as Gardena.

“Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect behind the counter,” the PIO stated on social media early Sunday morning. “Officers attempted to communicate with the suspect, [who] retrieved what appeared to be a firearm and an officer-involved shooting occurred. The suspect was struck by gunfire and pronounced deceased at the scene.”

That's the best way to deal with them. No court costs, no money spent on them while they are in jail and they dang sure won't do it again! It's comical how they try CPR when she's got 10 bullets in her chest.
