Working 911, one of the deputies, whenever he worked...almost ALWAYS had a foot chase. I asked him why? Did he have a target on his
back? He said no, I let em run.

He said when talk to them, I see which ones start to look around, as if they are looking which way to run. Then, I kind of look away watching
them out the corner of my eye to see if they run. Most of the time they do.
