Kenyan Boxer Jacob Oyoko Dies After Ringside Incident During Professional Bout.

The Kenya Professional Boxing Commission (KPBC) has confirmed the death of a Kisumu-based professional boxer, Jacob Oyoko.

Despite emergency medical protocols being followed after the incident, efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful, according to the commission

"Emergency medical protocol was followed ringside, with the boxer receiving immediate physician care, CPR, oxygen, and transfer to the hospital.  The ringside physician will submit a full medical report," the commission stated.

WTF is wrong with that ref?
They letting blind people become refs again?

He let the other boxer beat the fuck out of him when he was half slumped back on the turnbuckle unable to lift his arms to defend his head.

And what kind of asshole boxer goes in and beats a guy to death who obviously is incapacitated?

That ref needs to never be allowed to ref again.

@Cripple Africa is on a SERIOUS learning curve remember? And they don't really get anywhere with that without adapting virtually everything from the west,
just be glad they're doing combative sport events, learning to box, realizing they need competent refs, medical protocols etc
