Former Massachusetts cop who was accused of trying to gun down her colleagues has been found NOT GUILTY

Kelsey Fitzsimmons, 29, was found not guilty and will walk free after facing up to five years in prison

The case began in June 2025 when she was accused of pulling a gun on North Andover Police colleagues serving a restraining order from her fiancé

Officers said she pointed her service weapon at them and pulled the trigger, but the gun jammed

During the incident, officer Pat Noonan shot her in the chest, leaving her hospitalized with a collapsed lung

She testified that she never tried to shoot the officers and only wanted to end her own life

'I saw my baby go, my fiancé, my dog, my house, and I knew that it was going to be my job, too,' she said in her testimony

If she was really intending suicide, she would have shot herself in the bedroom when she went to get her the gun. Instead the took the gun from the bedroom and went to confront her colleague. Not rocket science.

@Zatoichi Soviet frontlines were mostly widows of fallen soviet soldiers who had a reason to fight, french resistance ran away during nazi occupation, killer female spies are helped by groups of men, Ukrainian women probably the same thing had their families killed by the Russians, Iraqi freedom, haven't heard of any in the news. Just saying, there are brave women but the military is a man's job.
