Black smoke was seen billowing up into the sky from the refinery, which processes crude oil into gasoline, diesel and jet fuel at a rate of 435,000 barrels each day. Jefferson County Sheriff Zena Stephens said the explosion was likely caused by an "industrial heater"

For a minute, I thought that was my old refinery in Texas City, Texas but it was in Port Arthur, Texas. The Texas City refinery processes 650,000 barrels every day. Those things happen in refineries. Luckily, no one was killed or injured.

@MisterProgneto Pretty rare for US ones tho, same for rocket fuel locations, there's occasional natural gas and fireworks incidents but way less often than most of rest of world

Higher gas prices. Thanks Trump, you back stabbing bastard. I believed he would do what he said. Glad I didn't vote, I didn't trust the system and I was right.

@Hackintosh
I remember "lock her up", "drill baby drill", "drain the swamp". I quit voting after 2016. I used to say fuck the left, now it's fuck em all.
