They forgot to tell you that a cop can plug into your car and see how fast you were driving, where and what time you were driving.
Cars with brake assist/lanesafe tech also store a front and rear camera catalog. Sure you don't have access to the front camera, but trust me, your car is saving the data and sending it to the cloud via that lil GPS antenna.

Buy a Honda Grom or Navi. less than 4k and you have 125 miles per gallon.
Build a pre 1980 car that has no computers in it.

Learn to read a paper map and leave your phone at home powered off.
