Drunk Ohio man, barely able to stand, tells an Ohio State Trooper he’s “hot” during sobriety tests. “How are ya?” “Sober.” Normally not the best way to start a conversation with law enforcement. OSP pulled over a driver in February after he struck an object and was seen driving down the middle of the roadway, nearly causing a crash. When the officer activated his emergency lights, the driver pulled over to the wrong side of the road. During sobriety tests, he was greeted by another officer and replied, “You’re hot.” The driver was unable to stand on his own and was placed under arrest for OVI. He was transported to the hospital due to the amount of alcohol he had consumed.
