The Tennessee Highway Patrol is still searching for the driver of a semi-truck after they barreled past a stopped school bus in Crockett County on Feb. 9, almost striking a child. The semi-truck driver was using the shoulder of the highway.

Saw this same thing happen today in front of me today. Driver of the car had very dark skin and a giant forehead.
