The "list" is pretty universally understood to be made by the American government..
It refers to a "watch list", which I suspect you're most likely on.

@L.X Maybe but this is in that grey area. The way this guy is presenting his product, the government might not think of it as a toy and fall under NFA device. Not sure if you know, some guy made a keychain that looked identical to AR15 autosear and he was arrested for NFA violation.

@FacelessMen True, and I don't doubt he'll get a visit, but I don't that there is sufficient legal grounds for arrest or even confiscation. As for the autosear cases, there have been quite a few of those guys headed to the clink. The auto keycard is probably the best example, and poor Matt when to prison for 5 years for that shit. It seems really dumb when you consider that a bent wire clothing hanger can function in the same way, so I guess the ATF have their work cut out for them lol.
