Police responded to a 911 call for a vehicle collision at 16th Avenue and 49th Street, a 2021 Mack cement truck, operated by a 68-year-old man, was traveling southbound on 16th Avenue when it struck a 53-year-old male bicyclist who was traveling in the same direction. EMS transported the victim to Maimo Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
