On January 27, 2026, Northeast Division officers spotted Christina Stewart topless on the roof of a recreational vehicle near Avenue 28 south of Pepper Avenue.
She came down, was told to put on a shirt, and was questioned about RV ownership.
Witnesses said the homeless woman appeared to be trying to break in.
As Stewart walked away, officers attempted to detain her. When the officer approached, Stewart hit the officer in the mouth and was taken to the ground, where she broke her arm.
Stewart was taken into custody and hospitalized with a fractured left arm. The officer had a minor lip injury and was treated on scene.
She was booked for resisting an executive officer.
