@D.I.N.A.S. right click then hit inspection and refresh page. it should show up on network then media then right click media mp4 video into new tab then from there should be 3 dots and video with download option.

I'm amused by the fact that these type of videos are "welcomed" on TWW. On YouTube, this would be banned and deemed as propaganda for propagating hate. But what do I know? This is America. Freedom of speech!
In some countries, the uploader would be tracked down and arrested. Vive la France!
